  • Having a case of coughing till I puke here!  Mum said it's the air conditioner, the cold air is causing me to cough like this.  I had suspected it must be that since my body don't take sudden temperature changes well.  One minute I come home from being half baked by the sun and the next I'm all cool down inside my room.  Now I feel like someone just punch a hole through my chest.  So I turn off the air conditioner and turn on the fan instead.  Amazingly I'm not coughing as much.   Maybe there's some crap stuck inside the air conditioner.   Possibly I haven't completely heal from the cold I had previously.

So mum heard me coughing and told me she's going to make some kind of Chinese herbal drink.  One ingredients looks like drops of poop (
yea that''s disgusting but it's not poop ) and the other looks like huge flakes of fish scales.  Though this drink taste alright and just like drinking a regular tea without the bitter part!

Now for something sweet and fruity!  I love eating jumbo size strawberries.  Well their not really jumbo but their big.  So flavorful and sweet!

Garden Chocolate Fingers Biscuits - I grew up eating Garden wafer and possibly I had tried all the different flavors of wafers made by Garden.  Though this is something new and so I decided to get it.  A plastic container full of 3 inches short chocolate biscuits. Sadly it lacks taste, flavor and just not as good as I assume they would be.

Meiji Pucca Strawberry Pretzel - I decided to give them a try.  I been buying every snacks but avoid getting this one.  I guess the look of the pretzel don't really appeal to me.  Though I forgot how they really taste like.  I think their OK, not really pretzel like but more of a thin biscuit snack with strawberry cream in the center.  I don't think I would buy it again.

Mum and I went to eat dim sum at Ping's Seafood Restaurant located at Mott Street ( NYC )  This is probably the first time eating dim sum at this restaurant.  I don't normally go here to eat dim sum.  Someone told me that their food is pretty good and so I got curious.

I'm not going to name each and every dim sum you see on the picture.  I'm sure if you go eat dim sum a lot you would probably figure out what they are.  Also because I don't remember the actual names for some of them.
Other then that there was this waitress that kept making mistakes.  We order shrimp noodle but she end up giving the dish to the next table.  We ask for 3 other dim sum dishes, they never came!  We ask for some sauce to dip the dumplings, nothing came!  She forgot to bring the soy sauce for one dish and the manager had to remind her.  Possibly she's a newbie?  Anyways one of the dish taste a little sour and I think it's probably left overs.  The service was so so.  I just don't recommend anyone sitting in the back tables.  They don't roll the dim sum carts back there that often and many times we had to ask the waiter for the food.  Everything was kind of in a small portion but some dish was pretty good.  Since I didn't order any rice / noodle dishes to try out.  I can't say for sure if the food at this restaurant is good or is it just the dim sum.  I would eat there again but not sure about recommending this place to anyone yet.
